Cooler bag deposit is $35.00
Bags are tracked via bar code. There is no need to worry about your name tag sticker if it comes off the bag.

COOLER BAG/ICE BRICK RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

If you are expecting a 2nd delivery or will be ordering for the following week:

• Leave your empty bag out for exchange (home/office) or swap out your empty bag for your new bag if you receive meals at a free drop location.

If you are not ordering for the following week:

• Please take your bag to one of our free drop locations, listed under the “Delivery Info” tab on our website, OR If you are planning to continue using the service with in the next 30days, you can exchange your bags at the next delivery. (SEE NOTE BELOW)

If you are no longer going to continue with our service and would like you bag deposit refunded:

• Please take your bag to one of our free drop locations, listed under the “Delivery Info” tab on our website, OR if you receive home/office delivery we are happy to schedule a one attempt pick up (use form below).

NOTE: Not returning all cooler bags/ice bricks within 30 days from your most recent order will result in a forfeiture of your bag deposit and an additional charge of $25 for each additional bag/ice brick you have in your possession.

COOLER BAG DEPOSIT POLICY

Upon placing your first order, you will be charged a REFUNDABLE $35 bag deposit.  Your deposit will be held until you decide you no longer wish to use the service. At this time, you can request your deposit to be refunded by using the “Bag Deposit Refund Request Form”. Please keep in mind however that when your deposit is refunded, your account will be deleted. You can create a new account if you wish to use the service again in the future.

If you decide to stop using the service permanently or temporarily and would like your bag deposit returned:

•  Please take your bag to one of our free drop locations, listed under the “Delivery Info” tab on our website then fill out the “Bag Deposit Refund Request Form”, OR if you receive home/office delivery we are happy to schedule a one attempt pick up. Please use the “Bag Deposit Refund Request Form” below to do this.

• Once your outstanding bags have been checked in, we will refund your bag deposit. (Please keep in mind the processing of the refund can take up to a week to show on your credit card statement.) Cooler bags are checked in once per week.

Please read the following important information

1. If you are requesting a bag deposit refund and have returned all your outstanding cooler bags and ice bricks, please be advised cooler bag refunds are done once per week and it can take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. Please allow 10 business days from your original request to be reflected on your credit card statement prior to contacting us.

2. If you are requesting a bag pick up, we will contact you with a pick up day to have your bag available. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a scheduled pick up date. Once your bag is retrieved please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Cooler bag pick ups and refunds are done once per week. Depending upon your original request day it can take up to 15 business days for you to receive your refund.

3. If you were using the “Free Drop” delivery option please take your bags/ice bricks to the drop location of your choice.
